Shipping policy

Order processing

We process and ship orders within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates and delivery times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Free shipping: Orders of $75 CAD or more ship free — the discount is applied automatically at checkout, no code needed.

Estimated delivery times:

•  Canada: 5–10 business days

•  United States: 7–14 business days

•  International: 10–20 business days

Some items ship from our fulfillment partners, so a single order may arrive in more than one package. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed during peak seasons or delays outside our control.

Customs and duties

For orders shipped outside Canada, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply at delivery. These charges are your responsibility — please check with your local customs office before ordering.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. If your tracking hasn't updated after 5 business days, contact us at casacalm.support@gmail.com.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't reroute orders shipped to an address you provided in error.
