Products and pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD), exclusive of taxes — taxes are calculated and added at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Product photos are for illustration; slight variations in colour, texture, or dimensions may occur with handmade and natural-material items.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If we cancel your order, you'll receive a full refund. Order confirmation emails are not acceptance of an order — acceptance occurs when we ship the items.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and product images — is the property of Casa Calm and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Casa Calm shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
